When a casual scottish aristocrat from the county of Lenox gave his name to the hotel, he couldn't imagine that the tradition would be continued as well as he wanted it up to now... To say good morning to our clients, to serve the breakfast with a big smile and very late in the morning, to propose a big choice for the rooms in order to give them the desire to come back, this is what we call ""to receive"" in our way.
